The new series of
SIRIO packaging machines stands out for its ease of use and for ensuring
excellent working conditions in any situation the operator is engaged in.
With respect to
the SIRIO AL model, the automatic sleeve packaging machine SIRIO AL SPEED new
operates at a higher rate: it actually produces 20/22 packages per minute (this
number varies according to their length), thanks to the presence of three
inverters for the belts. Versatile.
- No smoke during the sealing step
- Heat‑shrink tunnel insulated with rock wool
- Conveyor belt speed inside the tunnel is
adjustable
- Photocell that stops the sealing bar if any
obstacle is encountered in its path
- Operating cycle can be switched from automatic and
manual to semi‑automatic using a foot pedal
- Keypad with touch panel and 7‑inch colour screen
for changing data, displaying alarms, and adjusting the machine
- Temperature of the sealing bar and the tunnel is
controlled by the PLC
